A short online course to support you in bettering your relationship with food and the improvement of your mental health as a consequence.
The foods we fuel our bodies with impacts both mental and physical health and it is important to have a positive relationship with food as opposed to listening to diet culture or eating for emotional comfort.
This course is suitable for anyone but is something I created due to a rising number of clients presenting with some form of disorded eating or diagnosed eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia. The course aims to highlight the importance of fuelling our bodies, normalise the number of calories required and emphasise the way our body uses the energy the calories we consume provides.
I hope that this course will help to drown out diet culture, myths around food and the misconceptions social media has created.
